A highly detersive acid cleaner designed to be used in CO₂ environments. Low-foaming action quickly penetrates dried beer and hard to remove scale. When used in CO₂ environments, alkaline/caustic step can be eliminated because of added detergents.

Available Sizes - 1, 5, 15, and 55 gallon sizes.

Instructions

Keg Cleaning:

1.                  Set keg washer to a 2 minute wash cycle.

2.                  Set temperature between 120°–160°F.

3.                  Make a solution of 1–2 oz per gallon of water.

4.                  Pre-rinse keg with warm water to remove excessive soil.

5.                  Run kegs as the machine is pre-set.

6.                  Sanitize keg before use.

Brite Beer Tanks:

1.                  Pre-rinse tanks with cold water.

2.                  Do not evacuate CO₂.

3.                  Make a solution of 2–3 oz. per gallon of water.

4.                  Circulate the solution for 15–20 minutes at a temperature of 45°–60°F.

5.                  Rinse and sanitize before use.
